All game designs, code, puzzle content, and branding on Tictric are owned by Tictric. You may share your game results (the emoji grid) on social media — that's encouraged! But you may not republish the games themselves or the puzzle data.

5. Advertising

Tictric is funded by display advertising via Google AdSense. By using the site, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Ad content is controlled by Google and subject to their policies.

6. Disclaimer

Tictric is provided "as is" without any warranties. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of puzzle content, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
